To delete your VertexChamp account, send a request from your registered email address or registered mobile number to support@vertexchamp.com.
Include your full name, registered mobile number, and a short note stating that you want your account permanently deleted.
We may contact you to verify ownership of the account before processing deletion. This is required to prevent unauthorized deletion requests.
After verification, we will delete or deactivate your profile, login access and user-facing account data associated with normal app usage.
We may retain limited records such as payout history, recharge transactions, tax records, fraud prevention logs, dispute records and compliance data where required by law or legitimate business obligations.
Verified deletion requests are typically processed within 7 to 15 business days.
If your account has pending payouts, unresolved disputes, suspicious activity reviews or legal holds, deletion may be delayed until those matters are resolved.
